Tuesdays - 6:45pm
Meet at: Spreadhouse Cafe (116 Suffolk St.) Speed helps all runners, no matter the pace, get faster and stronger. Whether it’s at a track, park or roadway, this mix of speed and intensity will take your running fitness to the next level. Depart at 7pm Duration: 90 minutes, approx. Workout: varies weekly. |
Long Run
Sundays - 8:45am
Spreadhouse Cafe (116 Suffolk St.) By going long, you increase aerobic capacity by building muscle enzymes, capillaries and mitochondria and the musculoskeletal system. And spending more time on your feet strengthens mental toughness by pushing your body through those times it would prefer to wave a white flag. Depart at 9am Bag Drop available Distance: 8-14 miles |
