BKTC Strength Class 1.0
We've all heard how important strength training is for running performance and injury prevention. But where do you start? What exercises are right for you? What should you focus on first and how can you make strength training more fun, effective and consistent? All that and more will be covered during our first BKTC strength class. Join Coach Lena and co-instructor, Coach Jen Ares-Cruz, for the first in the BKTC strength class series and kick off spring race training!
This inaugural class will focus on:
- Assessment of four key areas: feet, hips, core and thoracic spine
- Movement preparation exercises to optimize your warm-up and runs
- Sunday, March 29th
- 3 pm - 4 pm
