BKTC Strength Class 2.0
The BKTC 2.0 strength class builds on the assessments and skills you learned in 1.0 to train you how to safely load your body and make your running faster. This class will introduce load and train the five key movement patterns that support your running - squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. We’ll work in smaller groups to provide additional coaching on how to execute the moves properly.
Be prepared to use kettle bells, medicine balls, heavy bands, and other equipment, and execute more dynamic, explosive movements.
You must have taken BKTC 1.0 to attend this class - if you have not, there will be another BKTC 1.0 offered this month. Make sure you sign up for our next 1.0 so you can attend 2.0 soon!
